Is he bending your cross member to clear the X-pipe?

He is tightening the bolts where the exhaust meets. There is actually a break right there. I know for sure there was no bending of anything.

Ok thanks! My mid pipe was hitting that bracket so I thouht the only way to fix was to bend that bracket down a bit, luckily they were able to raise the pipes up to give more clearance.
