Question, after parts and labor and the custom tune how much did it all run you. I am considering getting the same kit for my g and just wanted to have a better Idea of what the build would end up costing, thanks.

Very normal, unfortunately. You could exhaust wrap the test pipes and x-pipe to break some of the resonance. It does work, I've done it on two different exhaust set-ups.

Something you have to understand is that dealerships don't like to warranty things because the manufacture only pays a portion of the actual labor that's involved in replacing the faulty item....

Could have been corrosion from the fuel lines? They say high ethanol content likes to break down and corrode rubber. A lot of people upgrade their fuel lines to stainless braided to help with this...

PPE headers matched with the Tomei exhaust has been one of the loudest setups I have ever heard. If you want to tame it a little or even deepen the sound then your best bet would probably be the ART...

The concept is cool, but it's going to be a tough sell. Stillen sold a bunch of superchargers because it was fairly inexpensive and they offered an aftermarket hood option. Even if you offer a hood...

What's up with the quality control with Altered Atmospher.... I mean AAM Competition? If any of those flaps break down, then yes that is going into your motor and ruining it. :shakes head:
