Yes it will fit a Sedan. We used a Sedan when we fit it up and came up with the solution to not having hood pins.

Looks like paint is cracked where the bushing meets the shock itself. Looks pretty standard to me. Though I could be wrong.

Just a bit of semantics. The370z uses no struts, the rears are also shocks. Z31 was the last Z car to use struts in the front, S30 was the only z car to use struts it the rear.

Koni just paints the entire thing and it ends up cracking. Have gone through 2 sets of Koni shocks and both sets were like this.
