Yes I have adjustable spring perches but I was under the impression that too much preload isn't a good thing. From what I am understanding here is that its necessary to get a higher ride height?

I have SPL midlinks and I am lowered about 1/2 in. in the rear. You should have adjustable spring perches, not sure how you have them adjusted. It should make the spring longer, so to speak. That's not too bad on the preload.

Hey Spooler, I see you have some experience with the aragosta coilovers, I'm having some trouble getting the proper ride height in the rear. From everything I've read its possible to get above stock ride height but I cant get close to stock. I'm just about at the minimum thread in the rear height adjustment and the preload on the spring is about 0.25" with the suspension completely drooped. Any advice?
