There is some room but I like it because it doesn't encroach on what little storage there is.

No it's a pioneer tsswx251. I chose it because it fit under the bar, between the shock towers and faces down so it doesn't get damaged. I secured it with just some nylon straps wrapped around the strut brace and snaps on top of the enclosure. I also chose this because the cargo cover clears it. The JL may work too but I got the pioneer on sale!

I agree with other comments on this. I drive in manual mode 99% of the time and row up and down though the gears. To me that's what it's made to do and if it breaks it's under warranty. After years...

This is my setup too and I'm happy with it. The intake is mostly for the sound though and maybe a better throttle response. Goes together nicely with the FI!

Send them to Mike. I just did this and it is the best way to go. It seemed crazy to send parts of my car to Georgia all the way from Vancouver but i like things done right and Mike exceeded...
