well the truth be know, the police department never did the sobriety test on him before or after the hospital so he got off on that. I also believe he may have been in the US illegally cuz they cant find him or his girlfriend in NC, etc.... doesnt matter tho, his gf had allstate and i put it to them. took 3 months but in the end i got what was right.
all in all they didnt book him for dui but he was.
