Not bad actually. No its more like a hole puncher... Takes out a chunk of skin and they push it in. Very weird feeling but different

I had a second take at this pic. When I first saw the thumbnail at the top of the forum, I thought it was a leg. Upon closer inspection, it revealed itself as your wrist. Ouch!
