It's only leather on the outer seat panels; the perforated areas are a faux-suede. But yes, they are nice as are the heated seats aspect.

have they gotten dirty yet?

They do get get dirty, mostly at the door panels, but are easily cleaned with 3M fabric cleaner you can buy at any auto store. You do not have to use a 3M brand as you can shop for what suits you best.
