hey man ive been wondering trying to do this with my z as well... where did u attach the wiring for the leds?? to the parking light wires?

Yes, I soldered the wires to the little circuit board with the two amber LEDs that are next to the parking lights. Also got rid of the amber LEDs while I was there.
