I'd like to clarify something here. When you refer to getting pissed at Nissan, I assume that you are talking about corporate. It's not fair to link a horrible dealer experience to the car...

I'm all for customer satisfaction. Whether it's a $5 widget or a 30+ thousand sports car. If a customer is not happy and the issues are real, then Nissan should make the customer happy/satisfied....

I understand the feeling. I wonder if the poor response was a Nissan thing, a dealer thing, or a problem with one particular regional service rep. My wife's last Murano had a problem with a TPMS...
