I would really recommend replacement of plugs sooner then 105k. I would do them at about 60-70k Nismo or not. Im a Infiniti tech and have done many plug changes. All the ones I did at 105k looked...

Knob is sold....not sure what you are talking about. Cheapest I've seen that intake now is for about 425-450.
