y0....you can get 7 letters....it just depends on the type of plate you get. A basic VA plate can get 7.....consider what I have: ZLISHEZ 7 letters, right? It must have been some type of plate with a design on it. Try for the one you want again....and just keep in mind the type of plate you are adding it to.
