    Awesome - all the reviews were great but it's best to hear confirmation from someone I know. Maybe we can assemble the Firehawk gang sometime this year.

    Hey Ron, are you running the Firehawks? I think I saw you post that you had them on. If so, do you still like them? I just picked up a set because my Bridgestones are done. I guess our fall drive did them in.

    Not a ground issue, its a power issue... The antenna adapter needs a switched 12v positive to turn on the antenna booster. That's typically the source of reception troubles 'round these parts! lol

    because you are using the polk passive crossover, you should have it set to standard mode, otherwise, ditch the passive crossover, and wire the woofer and tweeter to head unit mid and high outputs,...

    There is no switch, the amp "sees" whatever ohm load you connect to it all on its own. That all said, you are safe to run subs in 2 ohm, and bridge fronts to 4 ohms.

    Eq is used, obviously, to adjust freq. bands for optimal listening... More importantly Balanced sound. One eq curve that sounds great in one car can, and most definitely WILL sound completely...
