First you need to decide what it is you want to do with the car whether it be auto cross or dragstrip or some balance inbetween. I would probably start with HFC's and a full exhaust, then do the stillen intakes, then I would wait for the tunning software to catch up and get custom tunes, doe small stuff in between like underdrive pulleys and such. There isnt much that you can do performance wise at the moment hopefully it will pick up though
Negative! I bleed ford blue, my father has had 5 stangs and I'm on number 2, I did have an f-250 diesel that was putting down 430hp and 670ft lbs to the rear wheels! 0-60ft times in the 1.8's and the 1/4 mile in the low 13's! I think the Z is pretty neat it just doesn't do it for me like the mustang does.
I am not certified at all, however I have been working on cars since I was about 11 years old in fact I built my first engine pretty much by myself when I was 12. I have contemplated getting certified and going through the classes. But basically all I really have is about 10 years of experience working on cars/trucks, bikes, anything with wheels!
Hello sir, nice to have other car crowds on this forum!
One quick question if you don't mind.
How long did it take you to get certified as an Automotive Tech.?
I'm trying to get that done and then during next summer I might go to Tenn. to get my high performance certificate.
