OK Japan Parts responded. $391 for the TI 2000 Down Springs and $140 or shipping. (It's like $60 cheaper for the normal ones) I'm gonna do it!

Well I decided to take the plunge and try the RS*R Ti2000 springs for my 370Z! They are for the 350Z and are linear springs with a .6" drop. Not sure if it will also be a .6 drop on the 370Z but...
