I can't directly answer your question but my educated guess would be yes and cruise control should work. I had an 2012 g37 7A (open diff) and i swapped in a 370z manual diff for the final drive...

Meisterschaft Axle-back
If you use facebook, join the 370z group/sell pages. There are multiple and that's how I recently was able to get the full meisterschaft system. I found the axle back on here, mid and Y pipe on one...

Increased oil consumption at ~65K miles?
This just makes me want to swap that useless clock or battery gauge to an oil pressure gauge even more now. Good luck on the oil analysis, keep us updated!
