You can try pulling the pads and placing a thin layer of high temp brake lubricant in between the backing plate and the back of the pad. Or just brake harder :)

Why even think about replacing the bumper? Push comes to shove take it to a body shop, have them sand it, bondo it, repaint it. Or if the dent is on a flat part of the bumper like really flat....

The factory fuel pump can handle the nitrous. No mods were needed on the fuel system! Just play and spray!
