I ran nitrous for years in my Trans-Am, with a Venom system, but filling bottles all the time gets OLD... and expensive. But instant torque always puts a smile on your face.

especially under WOT. also another thing to note, when you redline shift your next gear will be at a higher RPM which should 'hopefully' be at a better position on your hp curve line.

I don't often actually look at the tach when I'm in Manual mode (which is 100% of the time). I just go by how the engine feels and sounds; I use Manual mode largely to have the power availability...

You're looking into it way too much. Even though its manual mode its not like a true manual as its still computer controlled. you wont hurt the trans because it wont let you downshift if its not...

They're metal It's THE BEST auto I have ever driven, but it's still an auto, no dual clutch, no clutch, no nothing like Chuck said And the Auto, if left to its own devices offers better MPG...
