I just removed the bumper and painted the bumper.

so that means you remoived the head lamp to paint it?

The bumper under the headlights was painted.

Stock height I only changed to shift knob.

The knob looks shorter than stock for some reason

Just the knob. The colors are from paint that I did with a brush. Taillights were tinted just the white parts.
