My lawyers started a class action suit against nissan, They are recalling all cars with this fault 09-12. You will get a letter in the mail soon, let me know if you don't.

I have done nothing at this stage. However, I will most likely do the remove the fuse thing as many on this forum have done. Its a shame Nissan don't acknowledge this problem in Australia.
