CWM shouldnt cause force closing problems...i didnt get any until i went ginger and that was just voice command...i prolly just didn't come across it since i flashed ginger right after CWM

it just does a full backup of your current rom and all the system/user files...making it easy to restore when/if something goes wrong

after installing CWM...make sure you do a full nandroid backup...its in the recovery menu...before flashing ginger just in case something goes wrong...i always do full backup before flashing any custom ROM

ill just email you the CWM package...you should be able to download ginger without registering
