Check your ground cable where it mounts to the frame. That can cause some issues. Since you just changed your clutch. Look for a loose bolt on a ground or a pinched wire.

It's been done a few times. Running the rears on the front, and using spacers on the rear to bring it out to match. All you have to do is remove the bolt on the front hub. You have to do it anyway...
