Just wanted to thank you for posting pictures. I was transferred from Mandeville to Houston last May and miss "Home". I grew up in Metairie and moved to the Northshore in 1984. Last house was just south of I-12 north of Madisonville.

Keep the pictures of the road trips coming. Hopefully, one day I can join you.

One thing I can say about Houston is that it is car crazy. There is almost a meet every weekend. Coffee and Cars draws hundreds of cars every month. Here's a link:

My NISMO is slated to arrived late October. All I have now is my work vehicle (Ford Explorer) and I already have plans for that weekend.

Bill didn't think that the wear on the rear tires was that bad and the dealership did a 4-wheel alighment not too long ago. Felt that it would just be a waste of time and money so we agreed to just leave it alone. They did a good job on the tires and gave me the same price ($28/tire) which is excellent. I will definitely go back there for future work. The only thing that I had to do was to add more tire pressure. Spec is 35 psi but they had only put about 30-31 in each tire. No big deal. The dealership's computer was finally updated, and I was called to bring my Z in. They had apparently upgraded the software on it and were able to read a 2012 TPMS sensor on a Z they had on the lot....
