Wont scuffing the lights damage the tail lights tho?

It's VHT Nightshades, you can get it at most parts stores. Scuff the lights, spray it on evenly then put alot of clear on it. The reason I say alot is you will have to buff the crap out of it tho get it to shine, mine have 6 coats of clear! there are alot of vids on youtube about how to do it, and even one of my car at night with different wheels.
