Actually that 2x10 board in front of the ramp is perfect. No scrape at all as I drive up the ramp. The board's leading edge is actually beveled at a 45 degree angle so the wheels roll up on it easier.

Isn't that a bad spot for the jack? Won't it scratch up and damage that aluminum arm?
