Where did you get the "NISMO" wheel letters?

Its actually just plasti dip and was really easy, I just took a pizza box cut a rectangle out of it sprayed it over, then took a rag pulled it tight and used it almost like a squegee to wipe off all the excess and it left the lettering filled in.
