well for the first time, it rained in southern california and on my way home from work, i drove through a huge puddle...or as my friends say, small lake...and my engine locked up

i was lucky to not need a new engine, though it was totally covered by my insurance, but i'm currently doing a consumption test for the next 2.5k miles just to make sure there aren't more probs with the motor.

i have injen CAI, but i put the stock boxes back in when its supposed to rain...i bet it would have been much worse if i had the CAI installed.

This is old, but surprised it was covered by the insurance...
