They are the factory calipers with Stoptech drilled/slotted rotors

Yeah, the Mini is a really great car, unfortunately I had to sell it to pay off some back taxes a couple months ago. :-( but I ended up leasing a 2011 WRX sedan because I still needed another car with 4 seats, really liking the way the WRX drives, but I definitely miss the Mini.
