Fronts and rears are the same height (27.7 inch) so . . . i guess they'll "work" but they're each an inch taller than stock so it will be a heavier tire and you may or may not notice that

Un-sure your budget; but i wouldn't cheap out on tire's! Michelin A/S 3+ have 245/40's or 255/40's for front & 285/35/19's for rear,,,there are also other good tire makers that offer "Ultra High...
