well I just noticed that for some reason the conversation didn't continue on the page I thought it would. I'll send the request to your email, sorry I thought your phone number would be the quickest way to notice I sent the request since you posted it. The only parts not included are an elbow tube and a bolt for the heat shield bracket. I had to reuse was an elbow tube, but you should be able to pick one at Home Depot or an auto parts store, or just use your pcv tubing. The bolt for the heat shield must have vibrated loose at some point but it didn't affect anything.
