There are real electric supercharges, but they won't reduce heat. No matter how you compress air, heat is a byproduct

More like just a cooling fan into your bumper. Ull get lower iat, but your ecu compensates so not sure if ud feel anything.

I think the only reason it would be useful is in dead stop traffic or city driving. like you said, it'd be a restriction in any other scenario. Especially since we know the fan won't flow anywhere...
