Um. That sounds ricey. It's a "mod" that has zero performance gains but makes the car sound like its "aggressive" or "fast". Rice. You can always install a turbo whistle if you want your car...

I think intentionally creating an exhaust leak qualifies as rice. You're modifying the car in a tacky way, with a focus on getting attention, and no power gains. That's just my opinion though.
