Luckily it wasn't that, I was really worried for a second. Problem solved though! What was wrong was the idler pulley. The bearings inside were crushed and just warn out so it stoped it from spinning...

Thanks for all the responses guys! I've followed the wires and it goes to my fuse box. I'm starting to think it's a dealer add on, suck though that it's not an ejector seat.
