^See I LOVE the 20 (I'm just scared that it won't stop sum dude coked out and running PCP). And to answer your first question Yes&No. Sum departments will ONLY let you carry issued models. Others will have a list of approved models, and sum just don't care lol. Bigger cities will issue a specific model, smaller cities will have approved models, and those one horse towns with 2-4 officers usually are just glad to have police
