They were powder coated (lazer crystal from Prismatic Powders), then the nismo inlays were hand painted with a hardened enamel and then all 4 wheels were hit with a high-temp impact resistant clearcoat. The job was around $1000 if I remember right and the work was performed by Figure Finishing of Sterling VA
