So long story short; Exchange New Car Sales overseas is a Company Authorized to order vehicles Directly from Manufacturers for Service Members while they are overseas. This is my third vehicle purchased thru ENCS, but my first foreign vehicle, the first two were Fords and were built in the states, so the stickers never said FLEET...
