Exhaust leak at the header/head flange? Seen bad welds (pin holes) on tubes to the flange joint, leak and make ticking noise also.

Lots of potential slop and noise in the VVEL system. Might look at the VVEL actuator shaft, linkage, adjusters and rocker bushings.

The front 2, O2 sensor wires that have to be extended with the LTH's. FI supplies the wires with the LTH's to do this. Check the wire connections where the extended wires were spliced in.

Your oil temps are fine. They are acting normal for a car with an oil cooler. Since you have an 09 it never came with one from the factory. ban25 added it as he should have done.
