Well the FX is going to be the more comfortable car. It's probably better for you space wise. And it will probably have the best "look" for you if your clients ever see you with your car. I don't know what type of photography you do, but let's say you were shooting a wedding... you're going to look a lot more professional driving the FX35 than you would with the MS3.

Gah I dont know maybe it seems like the infiniti FX35 would be a great car so would the speed 3 god damnit what to do!!!!!????? I dont want to go over 30. I can get that with the speed 3 way under, the FX probably right there... hmmm :/

Tough choice. Have you considered maybe a used STi wagon or something?
