I'd say Western Washington is pretty relaxed for exhaust noise. Resonated Fast Intentions or HKS would be a good way to go.

A $400 exhaust from Ebay? I'm going to go out on a limb here and say it is not good quality. Do some research on the good exhaust brands. F.I. ,ARK, Stillen, Motordyne etc. Lots of good options...

State law was originally set to 95db, but then the Washington state patrol pssed a bill a few years ago that changed it to anything other than "stock", so yes you can get a ticket for it, no one in...

I start the car with the garage door down and cruise in and out of the neighborhood at low rpms. Just be respectful and considerate.
