The clip is referred to as a "hairpin cotter pin". You can find them on Mcmaster.com (https://www.mcmaster.com/#hairpin-clips/=18vtfnt). I'd personally go with stainless steel option if I was buying...

Check an auto parts store for something close. The cotter pin is just there to hold in the long pin. Doesn't have to be fancy (like Nissan's MUST be (not)).

Nope ... you will need to find replacement R-clips (they are shaped a bit like a capital R) Nissan will charge you an arm and a leg (at least they do here). About 10bux a clip. I have a stock...

Since the bad reading is following the sensor, I think you have diagnosed the problem - bad sensor. O2 sensors are pretty fragile and you probably damaged it when removing. Leakage past the...

Check for air leaks from the maf sensor all the way to the O2 sensors. A bad O2 sensor will often cause more than just the P2A00 code. iirc most people that have had this problem generally found...
