damn, good deal! glad i was able to help. i'm paying 950 mounted and balanced for a brand new set. you're paying pretty much half what i end up paying. you're not running these yet though i hope. too warm. i think i'm gonna put mine on after thanksgiving, once it starts to get real cold.

well jeff, i took your advice and bought 245-45 all around. got the dunlop m3's as well. they were used with 2 70% tread and 2 90%. I think I only paid about $110 a tire, which is a good deal I think.

I'm getting mine from 370zFORme, he's somewhere below there on you wall hehe. I'm keeping the rays, going to plastidip the 18's. And while theyre on I'll take my rays to get powdercoated matte black during the winter. I doubt I'm getting anything aftermarket for at least another 2 years.

oh i thought you had the wheels already. i think there's a few LI people with base 18's that contacted me when i put mine up. put up a similar thread to mine you wind up with. do you have the sport wheels? are you going to sell them?

I only decided to get a winter set last week (lol). So trying to set money aside for both rims and tires as quickly as possible. Hopefully I won't have any trouble, ebay them if anything :|

those sizes are my ideal setup as well, but it depends on what's available, come november you might not be able to be as picky. from what i've been hearing, you should order them pretty soon so you know you have them, then put them on sometime after thanksgiving.

Thanks. I haven't done too much research on the tires, just going to pick up something for the best price.. which will most likely be blizzaks. I imagine you've done more research on it than me, I'm waiting until november until I get the tires.

I was going to keep the stock tire sizes, to keep the wheel diameter the same for both summer and winter setups. So 225/50 FR, 245/45 Rear.

hey, they have the same lugs as the OEM RAYS, I am goin with 245/45/18's all around, most likely because i want to go for the Dunlop Wintersport M3's, which don't come in 225/50/18,but are supposedly the best winter tires for performance/RWD cars. would have gone 225/50/18 in front and 245/45/18 in back, but if the tires you want don't come in the 225/50/18 i wouldn't worry about it. you'll be fine with all 4 the same size. which tires were you thinking of getting?
