nice, i'm enjoying them too. i feel a lot more traction especially in cornering and braking. On sharp turns (like a U turn or someting) the front tires on the summers (when they are cold) would kind of lose traction but not now
yeah cold weather driving has been great so far, I wouldn't say I feel a lot more limited in "performance" aspect of driving now that I have winters on, and I put it in quotes because it's still only street driving. What I did notice though is road noise, a lot more noise than the summers produced. That could be dependent on the temperature I noticed as well.
I drove on monday on half an inch of snow, while it was still falling. Skidding was minimal, did a few revs just to see how bad traction loss is and it wasnt that bad at all. So I'm glad I have them, driving in them I could defientely feel that any other tire would have me stuck for sure.
how you liking the the wintersport m3's? i put them on last night and went for a nice long drive, i'm really liking the traction in the cold weather. fun to drive.
my summer wheels don't need spacers, which is why i'm gonna just do a bolt on style for winter since its an easy install, and i can't run spacers with my forged specialties wheels beacuse they are already flush to the fender based on their offsets, any more and they'd stick out.
I dont know, but it bothers me, especially when most people don't understand the winter set-up thing. Sunken wheels look so bad to me, especially if you're summer set-up is flush. I'm keeping my 20mm spacers on.
nice, picking up a new set for summer is the fun part i'm trying to decide whether i should order some 20/25mm bolt on spacers for my winter setup so the wheels won't tuck in so far since i'm gonna be lowered about an inch. i dunno if its worth it though
yeah same here, but like you said waiting until november, december to get winters... i won't come across good deals. Plus won't have the rims until November either.
Once that's done I have to start shopping for new summer wheels lol.
