    I doubt if they will try to repair the bumper cover. Shortly after I got my Z someone backed into me and put a small dent/scratch in the rear bumper cover. My comprehensive covered a new bumper...

    They will have to remove the bumper and inspect for further damage like the foam or crash bar then replace and paint the new bumper.
