Spun out cruising around 75-80mph on a wet highway. Hit a guard rail. Didn't realize how worn my rear tires were and didn't know the dangers of cruise control on wet roads.

Just wondering if there could be a claim against the manufacturer. Was the traction control on? I guess the speed and condition of the tires would rule out any claims (maybe). If there is a history of similar reports then there may be an engineering design flaw. Just thinking out loud.

edo-san - Don't think there is any claim against Nissan... Just bald tires and cruise control in the wet.

ShoFamous - They totaled it and cashed me out.. I've already got another Z =)
