its likely the bulb holder. mine came undone on one side. reseated the bulb and the spring clamps and never had another problem. here's a pic of what i mean by "spring clamps" ...

Assuming that it actually is the shutter bouncing around, then a stronger spring could be used when the bulb is made ... but that would require a stronger electromagnet to move the shutter. Maybe...

My guess is that it is the internal shutter that is moving when jarred. I would notice it every now and then on my '09 Touring. YMMV

I'm in the SFV as well, in the Burbank area. Yeah I was offered a couple of black models as well but I'm not too fond of that color. By the way, before purchasing my Z I had considered the Genesis...

Congrats on your purchased. I bought myself a Magma Red last week and I oved it cause of the 19" Rays as well. I saw that the 15 models did not offer an "Everything" package so I bought a 2014...

Yeah, the suspension and seats were both very stiff vertically. I swear the suspension is significantly softer now than when I first got it, so it might be necessary to find a broken-in car before...
