Change it; it's just a drain fill & repeat procedure,,,when i first did mine at 50K, it looked like coffee/ but did not smell burnt.

jwick is right. depends on the dealer and any deals you made with the sales guy when you bought ur used car. around here dealers usually give me a few first oil change unless it's some euro car....
