did you just simply swap out bumper for bumper? or did you have to change out other parts to convert to the nismo front bumper?

You need the bumper, the front undertray, and several fender brackets. It's about $1,500 in parts. Idf you need the exact parts list, let me know. TJLASER did this first and has a complete thread on it. Definitely worth a search.
