Everytime I look at a right hand drive car, I have to wonder if I could ever get used to shifting with my left hand...

We say the same about you guys... I've driven in both US and Europe sitting on the left, and I didn't find it that weird at all. I can drive both but it's the road rules and traffic flow that gets me.

Agreed. Its not driving on the opposite side thats hard, its learning the round-a-bouts and always remembering to stay on the left. I went to Ireland last year and man those streets are tiny when you get into the towns. Took me about a 1/2 day to get the hang of it and after that it was pretty easy. I was speeding around trying to visit all the scenic spots off the M highways and I just love how polite people are. They see you coming up and they politely move to the other lane to let you pass. No middle finger or yelling out the window. Only thing that got me was the parking garage in Dublin. As everyone says there, everything is smaller than in America, including parking spots. I got pinned up against the structure pole and a S-Class. Of course I didn't want to hit the Mercedes so I ended up scraping up the side of my rental on the pole. Good thing my fiance told me to take out the full insurance
