I hear you.. very nice choice hood. .. Just add extra clear coat just to be certain.

I have a Seibon TS style hood and it has a gel clear coat from the factory but I've seen a few hoods that now look like shît all yellow and faded and I don't need that happening on my car

No treatment. I see no fading yet but I don't drive the car much as I used too. I heard ppl clear coat it to protect it tho. Are you looking at a certain hood? If mine starts to fade ima just paint the hood black to match the car.

Did you treat your hood at all? With any sort of clear coat or uv protectant stuff to reduce the chance of fading?
