Turned out to be the passenger side header flange to where the cat would be. Replaced both gaskets for good measure; the original was cooked in two different places. All is well now. And fixed two...

Thanks for sharing. I just finished my build recently too. Seb @ Specialty Z saved the day for me as well when I ran out of options for tuning. Glad you're seeing yourself out of these problems....

Nope. You should be fine as long as the fronts match as a pair and the rears match as a pair.

If I had to choose, I'd say the boost gauge, but I think I get the most useful data from my AFR gauge.. Best to just have both.

That's easy, just get Motordyne ART Pipes. More power and do a great job at eliminating drone. They are pricey but people sell them on the classifieds all the time for a good price.
